Founder//Head Performance Specialist
Over the past 8 years, Garrett has been utilizing his comprehensive skillset to lead athletes to realize their full potential. Having an extensive background in both rehabilitative and sports performance training, he prides himself on being able to keep athletes healthy and prepared for the ever-increasing demands of their sport. He found his passion for training and sports performance at an early age; being a multi-sport athlete with a dream of playing in college.
A simple curiosity evolved quickly into a deep rooted pursuit for athletic excellence. Driven by hard work and consistent dedication, his efforts led him to play cornerback for Carthage College (Division III). Due to numerous concussions, he decided to hang up the pads early and dedicated himself to helping guide others in their pursuit of achieving their true athletic potential.
Since stepping down from collegiate athletics, he has dedicated himself to helping athletes evolve mentally and physically to achieve their future demands inside/out of their sport. He has had the pleasure to work with athletes of every caliber; from adolescents to various professionals in the NHL, NFL, MLB, and CHL.
Garrett utilizes his experience to determine what drives his client's actions/behaviors, clearly defines their goals, and provides a program that caters to their unique performance needs. His main focus is to deliver long-lasting, sustainable change that allow his clients the freedom to achieve peak performance without pain, while improving their overall quality of life.
