What we do.
Our Process
STAGE 1
Plan
We begin by clearly defining your desired micro/macro outcome(s) and creating a detailed action PLAN. This is the foundational piece of the puzzle that will act as a guide in supporting you as you work towards your destined accomplishment.
“A bad plan is better than no plan, and the most important quality of any plan is the flexibility to change.”
-Judson L. Moore
STAGE 2
Prepare
Preparation is the most important part of the process. This is the stage where the magic happens. Not for the faint of heart; this is mainly why you sought us out. Our goal is to create the necessary physiological adaptations and manifest a mindset that will allow you to demolish your performance goals in the next stage.
"Give me 6 hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first 4 sharpening the axe."
-Abe Lincoln
STAGE 3
Perform
What's the point of putting in the hours of dedicated, hard work if you aren't willing to showcase the results?
In this stage we are here to compete! It's time to put your hard earned efforts on display and see how you match up!
"Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence."
-Vince Lombardi
STAGE 4
Progress
Now it's time to reflect, recalibrate, reprioritize and re-engage. This is where we go back to the drawing board and evaluate our performance, where we can improve, and how we are going to push the envelop moving forward. Chasing greatness is a process, and that's why we must consciously identify and refine our strengths/weaknesses.
"You have to perform at a consistently higher level than others. That's the mark of a true professional."
-Joe Paterno
Our Foundational Pillars of Performance
Neuro-Visual Training (NVT)

Influencing the brains ability to process information faster and make more accurate decisions.
Speed/Change of Direction
Creating a higher rate of force development to improve acceleration, deceleration and top end speed.
Biomechanics

Ensuring the proper form, function, and integrity behind all foundational movements.
Strength/Power

Improving the body's ability to exert, absorb and adapt to increasing levels of force through progressive training of the muscular system, connective tissue, and nervous system .
Nutrition/Hydration

Fueling yourself with the right balance of nutrient dense foods is crucial to optimal daily function and recovery.
Mobility/Injury Resilience
Improving the overall capacity of various joint positions--creating more movement
